The ring trail is a 21km trail that surrounds the city of Eilat. It starts at the Eastern most spot of the city, goes north through the palm tree plantation and salt ponds, then circle west and south towards the southern exit of the city. It is best to do this trail with a mountain bike as it is long. If you are in a very good shape you can do thin by foot. It is a nice way for a run also. If you visit Eilat in the summer please be advised there is almost no shade on the trail and it is best to do it at first light in the morning or at dusk.
