Super bad customer service..To avoid!!! We fixed an appointment in the morning on the phone for the same day (I had to bring my bike until 5pm) I arrived at 4.20, the shop is closed. I texted him to have an explanation NO answer from him (I don’t remember his name) but he saw my text

רכשתי אופני תלת (יקרות מאוד!!) וחששתי מהאחריות והשירות שינתנו לי בהמשך. יכולה רק להגיד שמשה הבעלים של פישר הוא אחד האנשים היותר הגונים, אחראיים ובעלי מילה שהכרתי . אדם שמכבד את האנשים שקונים מימנו ולא רק טוב בלגבות כסף בהתחלה כמו לצערי רוב בעלי נותני השירותים. מאז עוד שתיי חברות שלי רכשו אצלו וכולן יכולות להעיד אותו הדבר. גם כשהרגשתי מציקה( כשעוד לא ידעתי לתפעל אותם במקצועיות) תמיד ענה בסבלנות, הסביר, שלח סרטונים. כשהיה פנצר שלח מישהו בפחות מחצי שעה, כשהרוורס נתקע שלח מישהו עד פתח הביתה אחרי שעה. נהנת לכתוב חוות דעת על אנשים כמוהו. אופנים מושלמות, שירות מושלם. כן יירבו !!
