after five years of intensive use our old treadmill needed to be replaced. We opted for a much simpler version which we ordered on-line. I was impressed when someone called to make sure we knew what we needed, asked us specific questions, and gave expert advice. The treadmill (the one we wanted) was delivered the next week and expertly assembled. We are VERY happy with this fantastic shop that has a big variety of online equipment to choose from. Much more you'd ever see in a regular store.

Got very disappointed by the online service. I got a product that does not correspond to the description online and when I asked to return it, they asked me to pay for shipment! The service representative was rude and not ready to even listen to my complaint :-(
