I came all the way from California for green card exams. They told me to come 2 weeks before the embassy interview. By the interview date the exams haven’t been submitted by them to the US embassy, resulted in green card issue delay. Secretaries were rude and unhelpful every time I called. Only one employee in charge of green cards and he was on vacation, so no one could help. Poorest service ever.

As good as it gets in Jerusalem. They have excellent medical knowledge and resources however they know their customers use private insurance and usually cost is no issue so they are quite expensive. Also, they're customer service (politeness, quickness, attentiveness) is slightly above average for Israel (which is to say poor. But hey, if you live here you know that it doesn't get any better.) We have used several different doctors and the clinics have very poor time management (expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour at least past your appointment time). I gave it four stars because despite all the shortcomings I stand by my statement that this is the best place to go in Jerusalem.

Long time waiting, the 4th floor eye center service is bad, and their attitude is cold. But the 3rd floor service is OK but you could see only a family doctor instead of a specialist.

Thursday i was diagnosed by an ent at wolfson. I was extremely sick on a friday morn, i didnt know where to go i begged them to let me see an ent or ar least a family dr. I was williing to pay anything. My moked wouldnt give me an appt bc i had a רבעיון which basically means i couldnt see a dr. I was desperate. No one at Wolfson would help me. Thank God i found a dr elsewhere, i ended up having to go to the hospital. Honestly disgusted by how i was treated. I was extremley sick and in need of help and i was kicked out without a second glance after being given a wrong diagnosis the day bf.

This place is absolutely useless. You can hardly ever get a same day appointment and if you somehow manage to get one you will find yourself waiting for at least an hour past the time your appointment was scheduled.
