Usually no need a lot to get a package, it's super nice. Also, they usually don't ask for ID to get a package, only once I run into manager and he refused to give it to me without it. It felt super-mean from his side, or you apply the rules everytime and for everyone, or don't do it at all.

Poor service. I never receive notifications on time (when they are sent). I have not received two important and expensive international packages because of this. The employee is not nice and the most of the time he never KNOWS.
