Our family took a fun and well-paced cooking class on eight traditional Israeli foods, including hummus, pita bread, tahini, babaganush and tabbulleh. Sharon had all of us cutting, mixing and cooking as he explained the preparation and variations for each of the dishes. The best part was sharing the delicious meal with Yael and Sharon and learning more about Israeli food and life in Haifa. We’ve used their recipes at home because once you’ve tasted homemade hummus and pita, you’re hooked!
