My little brother made a tiny accident with the sidewalk, the man in the garage want to replace every part related to the will and to charge 2900, after some arguments he drop it to 2500... we went to another garage and fixed everything in less then 700! And it was professional garage that i did some fixings there before.

ממהרים להכין את הרכב שלך לטיפול כדי לגרום לך לשלם יותר אחר כך (כך שלא יהיה לך מיקוח, למה נתת טפסים, מפתחות וכד'). לא ממהרים לתת לך פרטים על הטיפול, עלות, רק ממהרים להכניס לך עוד אלמנטים מיותרים של עלויות וטפסים שלא צריך (היו לא מעט טפסים שלא היה צורך בהם במוסכים מורשים אחרים, מבדיקה, אבל הם ממהרים לצלם אותם כדי לכרוך אותך ברשת שלהם כדי שלא תברח). חבל, למה זה לא היה כך בעבר. נראה שהמקום עבר שינוי לרעה מבחינת ההתנהלות שלו. וזה בלי לדבר על השירות הגרוע - מהכי למעלה עד למטה. חוסר אדיבות ונימוס משווע. וחבל שנותר רושם מאוד מר מן המקום. ברגע שהבנתי עם מי יש לי עסק, אז פשוט לקחתי את הדברים וחתכתי משם כל עוד נפשי בי. הרושם שנותר זה שהם לא קרובים לרמת השירות והטיפול של מוסכים מורשים אחרים באזור, וזה אני אומר לצערי.
