Ho Yum Tea is truly a special place and a treasure to have a Chinese tea house in Israel. It is very difficult (almost impossible) to find high quality tea or an excellent tea experience in Israel (heavy coffee drinkers are the majority). Ho Yum Tea offers a traditional home setting and the founders educate you on Chinese teas, which regions they come from, how to properly brew and serve the tea, traditional tea etiquette, and samplings of all their offerings. They really put their heart into making it a special place and respect everyone who walks in. They sit with you and patiently answer all your questions with a smile. They share their travel stories and listen intently to yours. Ho Yum Tea also hosts traditional Chinese meal experiences, like hot pot and dumplings, on the EatWith platform, catered to your dietary needs. I really enjoyed my experience and hope they continue to be supported by the community as their business grows. Ho Yum Tea put effort into making it an authentic and cozy feeling space, with artwork, photography, traditional tea implements, and classic Chinese music in the background to soothe your soul. I highly recommend for a rejuvenating experience!
Nadi and Pink were amazing hosts. From the moment we entered their tea studio we felt like at a friends house with great hospitality and a lot of attention for details. We learned a lot about the different kind of teas, the right tools and the rich and diverse tea history. I’d recommend this experience to everyone interested in the diverse Chinese tea culture. We already can’t wait to come back for the next experience which will be Chinese Hot Pot Dinner
The tea room is quite amazing, nice vibes & authentic experience. I decided to try it out as a new experience, Nadi and Pink are lovely people, they found me a smooth delicious tea That I drink now every day. Highly recommended
Definitely an interesting and amazing place to visit! Pink and Nadav are really professional and knowledgeable. They demonstrated the Art of Chinese tea ceremony, taught us how to distinguish different kinds of tea and how to bring out the best taste from the tea-making process. I am very happy that they brought the culture and real taste of China to Israel.
We had a fabulous evening at Nadi & Pink’s Tea house. Such a lovely couple who made us feel so comfortable from the start. We enjoyed learning about the wonderful teas and watching her prepare them, transported us into the Far East. We purchased the sweetest little glass tea cups and wish we bought more!
Pink and Nadav are really lovely people, and they make sure the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing :) The tea is always great and it's so fun to talk to people about it!
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful evening at Ho Yum tea house! It was so interesting to see how tea is treated in China, how different it is then the tea we normally drink. Such a great experience! Very recommended :)
