Shame on you Hobby Nitro ! Dishonest people at all level of service. I bought used electric bikes which never worked properly. They refused to take it back and talked me into replacing the battery which cost as much as the bike. During the process they were very rude . Needless to say the bike is still not working and the refuse to take any responsibility.
Superior customer service. We just bought our son a new bicycle...nicer than any I've ever owned. We know nothing about bicycles and were already tired from striking out at other stores, but they were so helpful, friendly and patient. Our son loves his new bicycle!

Great little shop for the commuter. If you are a core MTB rider or roadie, head elsewhere. If you need a cool townie bike, some tubes, lock or a basket, this is the spot!!
