Hands down the worst rental experience I have ever had. They overcharged my credit card by 6,000 and refused to return the money for 2 months despite repeated calls, were extremely aggressive, unprofessional, deceitful, and disrespectful- would absolutely not recommend, be careful giving them your credit card or other information they will steal from you!

The owner was incredibly responsive, fantastic service and was extremely helpful at finding the best tel aviv has to offer.

The apartment was large, bright, with an amazing outdoor area. The agents were very responsive to any problems. Always pleasant and professional. The rooms were large, excellent water pressure in the showers, good lighting. There was no folder with explanation of how to use appliances, so if one is unfamiliar with Israeli appliances, there are some challenges. There were no kitchen linens, which would have been useful to know in advance. The apartment was clean, besides some old food in the oven, but they sent out a cleaner quickly to deal with that. The air conditioner was not working in part of the apartment, but although it did take a few trips, again the agent was very responsive to the problem. I definitely would rent again from Holyguest.

Renter beware! This company falsely advertises their properties. During a recent trip with family, I booked a HolyGuest apartment on Migdal Street in Neve Tsedek. The web site said "access to the property is a bit annoyed by nearby construction works". The reality was that we had very loud construction everyday from 8 am - 4 pm that included drilling, sawing, hammering and pounding. Had there been no false advertising, this nicely designed property would have been enjoyable. But, we were extremely disappointed. We tried to get our money back, but we were ignored by the property managers.

My stay at one of Holy Guest’s apartments in TLV was very nice. My hosts took very good care of me - they were immediately responsive and on top of things, and took great care of my needs, such as sending over a cleaning service and microwave installation upon immediate request. Definitely recommend holy guest as a great and reliable business to turn to when looking for a place to stay in the city.

This company does not represent the interest of their clients. I presented them with an offer for any available 3BR of 33,000 (1 payment) during the corona crisis. There were multiple vacancies in there apartments. They didn’t agree to present the offer to any of their owners because it was not enough money. Nor did they offer to counteroffer or negotiate. I think this is a huge disservice to their clients.

We stayed in the apt for 14 nights . The interactions with the mgmt of Holyguest were good , and they showed flexibility due to the Corona. This is an excellent apt ,with a nice sea breeze, lots of lights , equipped at a very good level . The number of plates and utensils was very small ,,,, but that’s about the only negative critique . I highly recommend. Dr David Naveh
