The taste of their hummus is nice and neutral (I dislike sour hummus). The hummus itself is less than room-temperature but the additions are warm, like the fava beans that are a tasty choice in my opinion. Refills until satiety really gives them a competitive edge! It is too bad that customers and workers alike smoke everywhere outside and choke the heck out of healthy-living people like myself!

The ambience was calming and quite relaxing with a youthful and attentive staff that spoke English. Described the different offerings to great detail that we had both types of hummus. Additional pitot charged at a shekel each but lots of hummus to go round. Easily accessible and close to a bus station to the Central Bus Station.
Always amazing humus, great vibes and outstanding atmosphere. And free refills on top of all that good.
