Had a great experience shopping there. The assistant lady was very professional and friendly, on top of that she provided me and my friend with a few samples of perfumes we tried (without us even asking for them) Very happy I dropped in!
I visited Tel Aviv from Ireland for 9 days mid-February 2020 and came across Individual Cabinet by chance,. Total serendipity coming across it in Shabazi Street. My taste is something between Eclectic Molecules and Hermes Jardins series with a leaning towards synthetics. It was pure delight talking and sampling fragrance with such well informed and passionate individuals. It was like visiting a really good art gallery where the gallerist/curator takes you on a journey through the pieces. I was introduced to Byredo, Eight & Bob, and the wonderful Liquides Imaginaires. I came back with collection of highly evocative samples to remind me of a great trip. When I was younger I always wanted to get locked in a chocolate factory overnight, now I'd like to be locked overnight in a perfume shop...this perfume shop.
Iv'e been many times at the store in Neve Tzedek. The sellers had always given me an excellent service,but the store manager has treated me awful,and made me feel very uncomfortable while I was searching for a perfume to buy in the store. The store manager also treats the sellers badly,and I won't recommend anyone to buy there.
וואו!!!! אין מילים לתאר את החוויה המדהימה במקום הזה, שהוא פשוט גלריה בה נמצאים המאסטר פיסס. המוכרים מאוד מקצועיים וקלעו לטעמי בכל הצעה!:) החנות מציעה את הבשמים האיכותיים והטובים בעולם, שאותם מאוד קשה למצוא באופן כללי ובמיוחד בארץ . הבחירה הייתה קשה ביותר, הייתי סביב ניחוחות מדהימים!!ויצאתי עם ארבעה בשמים משכרים! תודה על קבלת הפנים והאירוח הנעים! נתראה בקרוב שוב, יש כבר וויש ליסט;)
