שירות עלוב ביותר. גם עומדים שעות בתור, גם לא מקבלים שירות. תעודת זהות ביומטרית נשלחה ליעד לא ברור, אמרו שזה לא הם !! ושעלי לחפש את התעודה בישראל!, לא איפשרו לי לשנות כתובת, בקיצור ממש לא כדאי להיות תלוים בהם
