The worst credit card! Customer Service is unprofessional, lazy, and waste of time. To further identify you they ask absurd questions like where did you shop lately and then again, where did you shop two days ago, This is all after you already sent them the code that you got! Result, you did not get a simple answer to your question. Seek another credit card. The market is full of them!!!

They are thief robber of money not giving transaction and taking money all the time and no one speak English in customer service no one clear doubt lot of interest they take.... They didn't return me money of cancel payment .... No one speaks English and keeping me on hold for four hours from last one year foing the same keeping me transferring i gave the money and thought just leave no transportation nothing not helping us...no office they say they have where i could go and do inquiry.. help me i am olim neew immigrant in Israel

I am shocked! Israel is not helping at all with the situation with COVID19. We were restricted to walking 100 meters from home and I couldn't go to the bank to put money. I used CAL only 2 times and today in March 2020 and April 2020. Today I receive calls from CAL and they ask for debts! They charged me from my bank and bank had insufficient funds so I got fined for 140 NIS already and I will be charged more fine on CAL. It is outrageous what is going on. Israel is so outdated in bank service. No one country is taking monthly payments on cards and bank accounts and here they charge for everything and non stop!!!!! Shame on CAL! Shame on bank Leumi that charged a single mum in one go! And do not receive any benefits and no money from my ex husband for kids. This is just Israel way of dealing with people! Shame! Shame! Shame! Today I talked to Olga from Cal. She refused to say her surname. Not polite and just asking for money without asking and what if I don't have a job? Rubbish talks about help!

There is not enough parking near the place ourday better come at Friday so the near parking will be free of charge. Very fast service. Again very expensive parking in that area.

Extremely wrong that you don't have people who speak English at once in the phone call service, that someone have to wait AT LEAST 1 DAY TO MAKE A SIMPLE QUESTION. This is Israel and people from all over the world come here to live, so you have to make sure that everyone have a solution in hand in the moment they want to. Apart from that, I ask for the details of my credit card of October and you send me the September one. Also, the Hapoalim website cannot connect with the service of my credit card to see charges, and usually my credit card doesn't work even to buy things in the street. I am very Uncomfortable with your service. Israel deserves a better credit card company.

Cal is one of the clueless Israeli franchisees issuing Visa debit and credit cards on behalf of banks including Leumi and Bank Igud (a common problem in which the local company bears little resemblance to the international one). I contacted their support team this morning regarding Verified by Visa as I have been receiving unnecessary prompts for it every time I try to purchase online with my new card. Guess what? None of the three agents I spoke to had ever heard of it. A bit concerning for a company issuing Visa cards! There's a lot to be said for keeping all banking with international companies and not having to deal with local incompetence.

I ordered tickets online and by mistake the company I ordered from charged me for 1 ticket extra. I called the company and they agreed it is a mistake and would happily give me a refund once I give them the confirmation number from visa so they could cancel it. 3 months later no mater how many times I asked for it, visa has yet to assist me in getting the confirmation #. I asked to cancel the transaction explaining the situation and visa wouldn't accept it, saying once I gave a company my credit card details they can charge me and now I have to prove I didn't get the merchandise (not the other way). Visa-Cal just lost another customer due to lack of customer service...
