I've just attended my first workshop at Israel Writers Studio but I am certain to attend others. Jennifer Lang organized a terrific event that included writing exercises based on prompts organized around a theme, this one alternative forms in writing, thoughtful discussion and a warm, embracing environment. Creative juices flow best with nurturing. Lang gets that just right!

In short, going to Jennifer's classes was a superb learning experience. I enjoyed being challenged, flexing and exercising my writing muscles - they badly needed it! - being exposed to other people's writing, and interacting with fellow writers. And, at the end, I believe my writing is much improved, and I am that much nearer my goal.
Jennifer is an outstanding teacher. I loved every minute of being in her class. Jennifer helped me to stretch my mind and my writing skills blossomed. It was also fun and a huge bonus to find such tranquility in her beautiful home.
Over the last 2-3 years, I've taken several workshops at Israel Writers Studio. Each session impacted my approach to writing and allowed me to look at my written words with new eyes. Jennifer is a wonderful teacher and a resource, and I'm grateful that I came across her.
