The owner seems to care, as he came out to ask my opinion of the food. I was extremely tired then, so I just said הכל בסדר. But since he asked, I hope this review will help them improve and this review is addressed to the בעל החנות: the salmon sashimi is fresh and good, but the rice was very sticky. It should not be this way for real sushi. 1. The rice should be washed three times before you cook it, no compromises. The excess starch causes all that crazy stickiness and destroys the texture of the rice. 2. If that improves it but not enough to make it sushi with rice that you can see yhe texture of then maybe reduce the water amount by a little. I wouldve given a 3.5 for the food but the extra 0.5 goes to the owner asking how the food was. Good hechsher.

Great sushi! With great service! Had an issue with an order that I placed . The owner personally called me to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!!
It's a nice place, but not the best I've ever seen. Some of dishes are good but others are not. I recommend Home fries, less recommend Schnizel. Generally, okay.
Quality food, large variety of sushi so everyone can find something they like. My kids became addicted to sushi because of Atza! Keep up the good work
Very very good sushi
Tried to order online, their website was not working. Called in and placed my order and they confirmed it was taken. After waiting 2 hours for delivery, I called them and was answered by rude unhelpful employees who kept arguing with me. Asking me who I spoke with saying they never got the order. After half an hour they finally found it and said it would take another hour and a half to be delivered. What a disappointment.
Great sushi, but a bit pricey.
Absolutely amazing sushi! One the best sushi I have tasted in Israel with a good Hechsher. The only time I have tasted meaty sushi. Highly recommend!
