After a bad experience with my old Mac some years ago I went with my new Mac to the shop after it didn’t start. The stuff was very helpful and friendly and made my Mac run again. Surprisingly they didn’t charge me. That was what Israelis call a „chavaya metakenet“, so I would definitely go again.

It's hard to exaggerate what an excellent and helpful service I got from this computer lab in Jerusalem. Was in a real mess with the data on my Macbook. The owner and principal technical guy Jonathan really knows his stuff, he is pleasant and unassuming and very fair. Cannot recommend them highly enough, if only Apple had more support like this..

Harrible customer support! Rude and arrogant! After paying them for fixing my computer i found out the issue was never fixed! Came back with a computer that was fixed by them in the past that had the exact same issue again. At first they claimed they never fixed that computer and that the series number was never fixed by them. After proving them that they fixed it they found another excuse not to fix the computer.
