I ordered and paid by phone. The checked that the model I wanted was in stock. On arrival we found that despite all the checking and having paid, it was not there. It is noisy and crowded there. The girl at the service desk was new and did not really help too much. They did us a favor and sold us another inferior oven.

Their in store purchase became super efficient. Salesmen walk around with handheld payment devices so once you decide you want something it only takes a minute to make the purchase. For 2 recent visits I was in and out within 5 mins. I used this so far for relatively small items - no idea if its the same for large expensive purchases.

Good stire have all kind of lights and lamps good price and good service... They don't have parking so it's a bit annoying but u can find on the street

The in-store experience was fantastic... the salespeople were very helpful and everything on the delivery logistics side is streamlined pretty well, aside from splitting my washer/dryer into two separate deliveries and the fact that it took almost a full week for one of the units. Also, pretty sure we got a fair price as we called another store for a comparison. Be sure to negotiate (obviously?).

The salespeople have new devices tgat you pay them direct ..... so no waiting in line and the receipt comes to your phone. My purchase took 2 or 3 minutes ....
