The Terem network provides excellent first-aid and out of hours medical services in Jerusalem (and elsewhere in Israel) . Wait times aren't always short but I have been extremely grateful for this network's existence the few times I have had to avail of their services.

We are Americans and we’re traveling as tourists. They were very helpful and efficient. We waited on 10 minutes for initial intake and only about 20 minutes to see the doctor. He was kind and spoke good English. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to prescribe the right medicine. A couple notes: we got here at the beginning of the day so that helped our wait time. Also, we purchased Geo Blue travel insurance which had an awesome App to help us locate a urgent treatment center and paid 100% of our visit.
This clinic was efficient and clean. Basically no time waiting for triage. Personnel were efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate a patient from out of the country.
Came Friday late afternoon. The service was quick but the Dr misdiagnosed me, didnt do a thorough check up and only gave me a throat culture because I insisted but results would take at least 2 days. He Didnt give meds. A day later I was much sicker, sought out more professional help, elsewhere was properly diagnosed and given the appropriate medication. Im glad the service exists and they dont always get it wrong but this time they were off
Very considerate staff. There is definitely a wait, but once you're admitted you know you're in good hands
I went in for what I found out was an ingrown toenail. The receptionist was extremely rude. Now I can deal with some rudeness, but she was simply not helping people because she was whatsapping. The medical care was pretty good. The nurse/ MA was very kind but did estimate a 10 minute wait between taking my vitals and seeing a doctor which turned into nearly 50 minutes. The PA who helped me was kind and took good care of me. On the way out though once again the receptionist was quite rude and told me to be patient...as she whatsapped. Not a good way to attract repeats. Also the place was really rundown and needed a cleaning...somewhat disconcerting for a medical practice.
I brought my 84 year old mother in at 10am. Everyone who worked at Terem, including the receptionist Noa, the nurse Mussa, the Canadian nurse who did the ECG and took blood, the X ray technician and Dr. Yinon who was in charge of the overall care were warm, pleasant, polite, efficient and compassionate. We were out by 11:30, no wait. This is a jewel of a clinic.
Very caring and knowledgable staff. Long wait but still managed to get home in time for Shabbat. Highly recommended
