The JV Birding Center in Kfar Ruppin is a hidden treasure!! Just visited the observation center and was treated to a tour of the migrating birds on the Eurasian- African flyway- and it is magnificent. Food served was so fresh and flavorful - wholewheat breads and rolls, cheeses, salads, herbs, shakshuka. I can't wait to go back. Saw 3 greater spotted eagles. Only 1500 in the world
