The atmosphere is very nice, good music selection that suits the place. The place has historic value and its very unique. The owner was very nice. BUT The food does not meet the same quality or standards the wine selection and building hold and it just doesn't make sense drinking there. * The cheese on the cheeseboard is pilled and too crowded on the small board. * It lacks the basics of cheeseboards - fruit, nuts, spreads. * The bread that is served alongside is the one you can find on flights. Crackers or baguette would be be better choice. * We had the \house wine\, it had a very unpleasant sulfuric scent, though the taste was okay.

The best restaurant in the country. A huge and fantastic wine selection served with delicious cheese and meats. The rustic environment is beautifully complimented by the music and makes for an absolutely unique atmosphere.
This is a small restaurant. Very intimate, romantic and cozy. Great place for birthdays and anniversaries. They have a great selection of wines, we took the home chardonnay and it was perfect. The dishes are sharing dishes from 2 to 4 people. The food was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommended.

Quite, cozy and romantic place, but the waiter wasn't very nice.
The place was beautiful... But I wanted to drink whine and my husband beer. They told us that they didn't have beers (even if on the menu was written) so my husband ask a taste of red wine. It was not that good so he asked the waiters for just one cup of wine... For me. The waiter told him that he couldn't ask for just one cup of wine, and that both of us should buy something. So we left. 35 shekel for a very mediocre cup of wine it's a lot. So by.... Never again.
A wonderful experience, delicious food and great wine. The owner is adorable. Highly recommended!
