Terrible and very unfriendly service by the owner. I was just trying to exchange a thread that I've bought earlier in the week from one color to the other and the owner have seen her sales lady changing it and started scolding her. I really felt bad for the employee and pointed out to the owner that in her client and that the sales last is just was doing her job preserving a customer and the whole deal is about ten Shekels to begin with anyway. The owner in return started getting feisty with me, all for about two and a half USD to remind you. I've asked to get back my original thread in order to help the employee and left the shop forever! Note: Khalom 1 and 2 (חלום) are by the same owners!
