bought a phone here and it already stopped working the next day came back and they took 2 week to fix it but it is still not working properly i tried to call but no answer. after qurantine i will be going to the store for either a refund or a new phone

התקשרתי לבדוק אם ניתן להחליף סוללה למכשיר שלי, המוכר אמר שיש לו סוללה ושאבוא לחנות, הגעתי לחנות הם לקחו את הסמארטפון ואמרו שיהיה מוכן בין חצי שעה לשעתיים ושיתקשרו אליי כשיסיימו. לאחר שעתיים של המתנה החלטתי להתקשר והמוכר ישר אומר אין לי שאין סוללה להחלפה, שזה מאכזב ביותר!!! לא רק שלא התקשרו להודיע זה היה אחרי שבדקתי בטלפון לפני ההגעה אם יש סוללה למכשיר. לצערי זה פעם שניה של שרות לא מקצועי, לפני כשנה הגעתי עם מכשיר אחר להחליף שקע טעינה, השקע הוחלף אך נהרס הרמקול וצלילי המכשיר. אני בטוח לא אחזור לבית העסק.
