Finally decent knafe in the carmel market!!!!! Made on the spot, warm and yummy. A great balance of sweetness, which is crucial in Knafe. Highly recommended for your dessert in your market visit. Great warm cheese with Kadaif (very thin and crunchy "Spaghetti") with sugar syrup and pistachio on top, just great!
