When I moved to Tel Aviv and could no longer use my favorite laundry service in Bat Yam, I was recommended this company. As an English speaker with limited Hebrew I was very happy to find out that service is provided in both English and Hebrew, and communication is always open and responsive. I have been using these services for over a month now and my clothes (and the bags I give them in) always come back fresh and clean and packaged neatly. When one of my garments was damaged by the machine, they had it tailored free of charge. And they do same day pick up which is great for slightly chaotic people like me. Thanks for everything guys!
