Absolutely horrific service. It took them five times to identify problem in my fridge. After the fifth time it became apparent that that there is a replacement part that they cannot provide me with and the only alternative that they offered me was to buy a new fridge.
This is no a service, this is taking money for nothing! At the middle of the summer, my Electra AC has broken On the first call I couldn’t get through, and PAL service didn’t return On the second day, it turned out that my air conditioning was not recorded by the contractor. By the end of the week, they fixed the mistake, and after another 3 days a technician arrived. He said that the electronic board burned out. 2 weeks after the reminders, they brought electronic board, the air conditioner worked, but the AC shutter did not open. The master said that the shutter engine is faulty, wait until they order. They didn’t order anything, but simply closed the malfunction order! It took 2 weeks to prove them that the repair was not finished! After all, they open a new malfunction order, a technician arrived .... without a motor, just to find out what was the matter! Finally they ordered a motor, but in 2 weeks later they reported that there were no motors in the company ... and that’s it, the repair is finished, taking no responsibility. But the most interesting next! I cancelled PAL service, bought insurance in Electra, their technician comes ... with a motor! That is, in the PAL they lied that there are no motors! But this is not all: it turned out that the problem is not in the motor, but in the electronic circuit board that they replaced me! People, immediately cancel PAL service if you bought, these are loafers and scammers!

No complaints about their service, but I'm not sure it is worth the monthly fee...
Avoid at all cost. Those people have a terrible sense of service. They will up sell you things you don t need. They will be inaccurate in the pricing, They will do half the job when they come. And more importantly they claim to serve Miele and they are not authorized to do it. Never ever use them
