Very disappointed. My first experience here was nice so I returned with my husband and had a not so nice experience so tried to give them another shot and came today with my sister. I was charged full price for the pedicure but didn’t receive the massage or moisturizer at the end (my sister did receive both at the very end) and the pedicurist proceeded to argue that she gave me the massage during my pedicure (she did not). And never did the moisturizer at the end. She also put lotion in our water instead of soap. Which was disgusting to see lotions chunks floating around the entire treatment. And instead of draining the water and refilling it with soap....she just left it like that. What a shame. The owners obviously don’t care to hire professional people.

My experience was nice, but I went with my sister and her experience was terrible so I am writing on her behalf. When we arrived the manicurist sat us two seats apart even though the salon was empty... That's ok, not like I wanted to talk to my sister during our pedicures anyways... So after that she fills lukewarm/cold water with lotion instead of bubbly soap so the water was disgusting... I figured maybe this is just how they do it in Israel, nothing like American pedicures, but no, the manicurist did mess up and her associate pointed it out to her. She also asked that my sister turn off the massage chair because she could not file her nails while she was using it... What professional manicurist can't file nails while the massage chair is operating? My sister was charged full price (same as me) but she DID NOT RECEIVE a massage or lotion or other treatments I did receive. She was also extremely rude to us and her co-workers and VERY argumentative. (My manicurist was very nice and did a great job, she was Russian and had dark hair, do not go to the blonde Russian girl - she has no clue what she's doing) Will not be returning.
