I purchased a camera at their store and the lens cap broke within only two weeks. When I requested that they replace it, they informed me that it wasn't covered by the warranty and they would not help me. It was my every intention to spend a lot more money in their store purchasing a professional tripod, batteries, memory card, and external microphone, but it was painfully obvious that they were much more interested in being "right" than in being smart and so I took my business elsewhere. I also found them to be overpriced and only shopped there because it was easily accessible by public transportation.

Any visitor would be impressed by the beautifully designed MDK store in Haifa. The assistants are courteous and forthcoming. It is a pleasurable experience , even for somebody who only indulges himself and does some window-shopping. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !
