TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO E-MAILS SENT TO THEM MANY TIMES. ALL I GET IS AN AUTOMATIC ANSWER SAYING THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME BUT THEY NEVER DO.

Regarding travel insurance - they are harable, my son traveling to the US not a third world country had emergency surgery, which you would think be covered by there policy and you would think in these modern time there should be way for a US hospital to communicate with migdal insurance file a claim , no such thing all you get is no response. Finally after calling for months they say sorry there is a clause that hernia are not covered . If he did not have the surgery his herna would have ruptured - what are we supposed to do and what the hell is migdal insurance worth - I am sure I am not the first claim . They know how to take the money from me, they just have not learned to pay out - the hospital wants to come after me for 16,000

הייתי מצפה שבמקום שהכסף שלי יושב יתייחסו אליי ביותר רצינות, הסיבה ל2 כוכבים זה כי יש אפליקציה נוחה, אמנם חלק מהדברים שם לא עובדים אבל זה נח ביחס לחברות אחרות. קשה מאד להתנהל מול חברה שצריך הרבה הרבה סבלנות כדי לקבל מענה וגם כשמקבלים אתה לא בטוח מה קורה. קיבלתי מייל עליך למלא טופס מספר 654 ולדאוג לטופס 123 ובפועל נציגת שירות אומרת אתה לא צריך לעשות כלום תתעלם מהמייל, אני עד היום לא יודע מה קורה עם זה באמת, רק ממתין למשהו שאני לא יודע מה הוא. נציג שירות אחר צוחק לי בפנים על משהו, שניה לפני שכמעט קיבלתי החלטה להאריך את הפנסיה ולא לעבור לחברה אחרת, בסוף עברתי.

השירות הכי גרוע שנתקלתי בו בכל חברה מכל תחום. אין טעות שהם לא עשו: איבדו תשלומי פנסיה של עובדים ושלחו לעובדים מכתבים כאילו זו אשמתי, חייבו עמלות שלא מגיעות להם, פתחו בקשה להעביר לי קרן השתלמות מגוף אחר ללא אישורי, לא התייחסו לאי-מיילים ששלחתי להם ועוד ועוד אחרי שהוצאתי משם את כל הפנסיות והקרנות שלי ושל עובדיי היום כבר אין לי שם כלום. לא להתקרב! שירות הלקוחות שלהם זו קטסטרופה מוחלטת שעלתה לי בהמון עצבים והמון טירחה.
