We had an appointment and got in right away. There was a long line of people who did not have appointments so make sure you do that. We were able to get her driver's license very quickly and the lady that helped us was very nice. Good job

Great and fast service because of the corona virus u have to order urself a visit by the app \my visit\ it will save u time and a lot of waiting highly recommend it. Better to come with it a car bc of the traffic and a lack of parking spots.

I didn't faced any general problems with their work, but yes, they have problems with queues. And they don't fix their time of work at any places in internet. ... A little correction: After paying for a temporary license - it did not come, when I try to find out why through the machine or at the mail office - it gives an error, and write that you need to go to them. And It makes no sense to call - first, half an hour waiting, then when they get bored with a beep, pick up the phone and drop without even saying anything. I have not seen such rudeness for a long time! After that you can't call them because the automat tells that \all people are busy - call later\!
