I'll start by admitting, I used to work here. I adore the shop, the atmosphere is great, the owners are incredible and generous! The service is super fast and they have amazing quality for pretty much anything you need! Highly recommended to anyone who needs anything to do any any animal! Incredibly through and great customer service!

הגעתי לחנות לקנות שרקן. בעל החנות ואישתו בקושי שמו לב לקיומי למרות שפניתי ובקשתי עזרה והסבר. אחרי 10 דק' בחנות סוף סוף בעלת החנות אמרה לאחד העובדים לעזור לי. הבחור בשם אייל במקום לעזור רק בכוח ניסה בלי הפסקה לדחוף לי עוד ועוד מוצרים לשרקן למרות שמראש ציינתי שאני צריכה שרקן, אוכל ומצע בלבד. **כשהגעתי הביתה התברר שהמזון של השרקן פג תוקף מזה חודשיים וכולו בפנים עם חרקים. ממליצה בחום לבדוק את תוקף המזון של מי שקונה. חווית הקניה הייתה לא נעימה בכלל בעיקר שהאוכל של היצור המסכן פג תוקף. לעולם לא אחזור לקנות שם.
