There are computers,multiple floors where you can find diffrent books,in one floor there are children books,in another floor there are magazines and in another floor there are educational books that you can use for research. Also in one floor there is a \daycare\ for young children so their parents will be able to read or borrow books.

ניסיתי לקבל שירות.,שמגיע לי ,מהחברה העירונית ,מחלקת תיגבורים בחינוך.,אתי ומתי כמה התאכזבתי ,שירות ממש בןשה וחרפה יחס מזלזל לתושב ניסיתי להגיע אליהם ,אז סגורים לקבלת קהל , ניביתי להתקשר ולא ענו שבוע ימים ובסוף כשהצלחתי לשוחח עם אתי לא היתה מוכנה אפילו להקשיב לטענתה מקבלת.רק פמיות.במייל... לצערי לא הייתי במקום שאפשר היה לכתוב ולכן נותרתי ללא מענה מתביישת שזה נשירות שלו אני זכאית בשבוע האחרון מנסה יום יופ לשוחח איתם ואין מענה .. אולי הם בחופשה... עצוב לי

מאכזב ומשפיל התנהגות בוטה וחסרת כבוד אנושי. הגעתי להנהלת החשבונות למסור כרטיס עובד ותיאום מס. בשל הקורונה המשרדים היו סגורים במרץ אפריל ומאי ולא היתה קבלת קהל. \זכיתי\ ליחס משפיל ממנהלת החשבונות מטי גועל נפש של התנהגות. אני מתביישת להיות עובדת של החברה שיש בה אנשים שלא יודעים לתת שירות אלמנטרי.
