Good place with good prices. Service might be slow sometimes but recommended. I even saw Avi Sofer himself with some friends who were looking g to buy electronics and they waited in line just like everyone else.

I bought a gas hob and paid in advance on July 4. Was told to collect on July 17. Then was told in a day or two. After going in every day on Thursday the manager said he would order a better hob and it would be there the next morning. Friday July 21 I went in again and wanted to see the hob. VERY reluctantly the salesman opened the packaging. The hob was not what I wanted - his answer was it was more or less the same. I then asked for a refund. The salesman told me it would take a couple of days. Every few days I have been calling or going in to the branch. It is now August 7 and I still do not have my refund - this on an article I bought, paid in advance, they could not supply it and I am still having trouble getting my refund. BEWARE

לא להתקרב לסניף פולג !!!! קנינו תנור סאוטר מתצוגה, הגיע טכנאי גז מהיבואן שפסל אותו עקב דליפת גז.( זה היה תנור אחרון- כך שלא ניתן להחליף). דיברתי עם אלי מנהל הסניף שהבטיח שנזוכה על כל מה ששולם. התקשר אבי מהחנות ואמר שהם לא מזכים על ההובלה!!! פשוט בדיחה -פועלים בניגוד לחוק הגנת הצרכן, ולא שמים קצוץ עליכם. אבל ,,,,. הם לא יודעים עם מי הסתבכו (: נתראה בבית משפט !! וגם הוצאות עו׳ד תשלמו !! - כי אני לא אטרח להגיע לתביעות קטנות!!

קנייה בטוחה הבטיחו שתוך 4 ימים יגיע המוצר הגיע לבסוף אחרי יומים והמחיר לאחר סקר שוק היה הכי זול ב500 שקלים מבין כל המתחרים שנבדקו המוצר שנקנה מקרר האייר מומלץ בחום המוצר והסניפים!

שירות נורא לא נקנה שוב! קנינו תנור של סאוטר, עבד אחלה בדיוק יומיים, תוך כדי בישול נזלו נוזלים על תחתית התנור ורצינו לנקות אותו אחרי שהתקרר, הנוזל התקשה התנור הוציא ריח נורא של פלסטיק שרוף והכתם השחור לא ירד בשום פנים, אחרי שיחה עם שירות הלקוחות אמרו לנו שזאת לא בעיה שלהם ושאנחנו מוזמנים לתבוע את אלקטרה. תתביישו !
