Sorry to say but just bad service on two occasions: 1. Horrendous price for a simple front basket for a normal bike, nothing fancy and then telling that in any case it couldn't be installed (which is not true, got it sorted out on another shop without a problem l). 2. Which happened today. Went there because the derailleur of my bike chain was not under enough tension for the gears to actually work. Fixing would have just taken 5 min. It's an old peaugot Bike, so nothing fancy. Told the guy that the crankset never properly worked and he should adjust it so the chain would be on the larger chainring. Instead of listening he tried to \fix\ it by applying force, something you should anyhow never do. Then just ignoring me, taking the bike inside the shop, just to return it 5 min later with just saying \I cannot fix it\. Honestly, for this behaviour, I would not eve. Hi there to just get my tyres pumped up. Thid shop together with אופני יהודה, who ruined the spokes and therefore the whole back wheel of my ebike, can shake their hands in being the most miserable bike shops in Tel Aviv. Will now now go to outback bike store, even though it's all the way to florentin, because that's the only guy I would ever trust!

I am frequently at this shop. Whether to have my brakes tightened, a weird noise sorted out or to buy some new accessories for my bike. These guys are always super courteous and friendly on top of their professionalism. I will walk my bike across the city to them rather than stopping in at a different shop.
