Not trustworthy. Be careful. Avoid it if are looking for a reliable vendor. Bought a Koning IMax (at their Ben Yehuda store in Tel Aviv) which was supposed to have over 30KM of autonomy (even for heavy/big ridders). In a week I realized that it did not serve the purpose, returned it to the store to check it up. Given they did not reach out to me as agreed, I went back after three days to request for my money back. They asked me to come back (for the third time) the following day, because they did not have an answer yet. Lastly, I went back for the third time, as requested, and they denied to refund me. Last but not least, as if it were not enough, they insulted me (they treated me as unethical for returning the scooter they sold me based on explicit misleading/wrong critical information).
