Extremely poor service and problematic cars. Try to avoid this place. 1. The cars they provide have problems. 1st car I got, one door would not open with the remote control. It would open only from inside. Since I could not \live\ with this malfunction, they changed my car next day. The new car was missing the wiper for the back window. 2. Trying to rent a car, I asked to see the car, because I had a big instrument to transport in the baggage and I wasn't sure it will fit. I checked the car and it did fit OK. But, they decided to give this car to somebody else, who came while I checked the car. Incredible! Then, I had to wait almost 40 minutes to my turn (though I was there before). Finally I left the office with no car. I could not wait longer.

There are surprises there, is not enough your credit card, they will ask you to leave a credit card receipt without any service behind that, just in case
Poor service, rude stuff. It took me an hour to return the car. Next time, I'm taking my business elsewhere!
AVOID these guys please..Made a reservation 2 months in advance. arrived there they didn't have our reservation on computer, nor the reservation code worked..Then argued with us 2 hours while in the same time fighting with 2-3 other people over a scratch on another car.. We then had to rent the car on the new day price otherwise our whole travel plan to Eilat and Haifa would have been messed up. Back at home we contacted Budget several times during 9 months.. still haven't seen our money back (difference between reserved price and daily price). also note budget EU and Budget Israel is in no way affiliated. its a franchise probably but with a way different, blemished standard..
Extremely poor service. I had ordered a car for 8:30 AM. They drove me to the airport to pick up a car from there, but dropped me at the wrong terminal. By the time I was done with the ordeal, it was already 11:30 AM. I don't plan on renting from here again. In particular, a manager named Liron was the one responsible for the poor service and for sending me to the wrong terminal.
Awful service. They don't care about their clients at all. Such horrible service I've never met. Even if you order special car, they don't bring it and ask you to go to the another place(branch) to take it from there. Absolutely not recommend.
Very dark place, average level of service, dirty cars and awful toilet room. Not all employees can speak english.
Very slow and nasty customer service. Repeatedly tried to charge extra without explanation.
