I ordered 2 light fixtures that were of very poor quality. When I returned the lights I had to pay a 5% cancellation fee the shipping cost (noted in the terms). However, they charged me 40 ILS shipping fee for EACH light fixture, even though I received the 2 small lights in 1 package! When I tried to speak to a customer service representative, it turned out to be the manager of the warehouse. I asked to speak to a marketing/sales manager and I was given the manager of QA (although I said I didn't want to speak to him). He was rude and very aggressive! I hope the owner of Ledmarket reads this. Bottom line - I lost 100 ILS with nothing to show for it aside from a very unpleasant internet purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LEDMARKET.CO.IL
