one of the most unprofessional places I've ever seen. I came to get a missing piece of an alarm remote control. I checked before with them that they had the piece I needed (even that took more time than it should have), and when I came there I had to wait 30 mins, just to be told that they "don't have the piece, but they'll look for it and let me know". and yes, that's after they told me they have the piece in the first place! needless to say, that didn't get back to me at all. worst place ever, I'll never come back there again.
