Went to get my laptop cleaned from dust inside, have paste reapplied etc. And Eyal was fantastic! He did the job on the day I dropped it off, and was very kind and easy to deal with. When I arrived to retrieve my laptop, it looked as if it was brand new! He's not pushy or trying to sell you more expensive services or parts - he actually cares about his client's possessions and satisfaction. I will happily go back for any computer or technical needs, as well as recommend this store to anyone! Thanks Eyal!

Lowkey tried to scam me when they changed my RAM I asked them to put the old one back in and the computer didnt work once i came home and had to fix it myself I wont come back there

I had a video card malfunction. When I got to the store I asked about spare parts I had. I responded positively and promised that the spare parts are in stock. And the price of the repair will be NIS 650. After a few hours of characterization, I was simply told that the repair will cost twice as much (NIS 1,250) and supply times one month. Good. I paid for the malfunction and took the computer. Also, they did not want to say the kind of burned video card. Do not recommend getting into this business. High prices, professionals are not reliable.
