My experience with the rabbinical court in Jerusalem was excellent. The dayan was understanding, friendly, and forthcoming. The clerk who scheduled the court date was not very smart, cocky, and also lost an original document that I handed it to him. Fortunately, I made a notarized copy earlier. You can't have it all in life.
