Avi saved us. We were stuck in Florida during the pandemic looking for a safe way to get home. He managed to get us an RV for a one way trip to Massachusetts when no one else would. We got home safely without using a flight, rest area or hotel. Thank you so much for your extra effort.
Our experience with Bandana was great. Everything went smoothly. The price was astonishingly lower than everything else we've check (including renting from private owners). We received good advice from Avi which also made the experience much easier and lots of fun. We will definitely return!
bad service. miss leading information. secondary company who only takes your money. WHEN YOU ARE WRITING IN BIG RED LETTERS FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID AND IN SMALL CONTRACT LETTERS DIFFRENT- THAT IS MISS LEADING. WHEN YOU ADVARTISE RV THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER THAT IS MISS LEADING. WHEN YOU REFER ANY PROBLEM QUESTION OR ARGUMENT THE REAL RENTING COMPANY THAT IS BAD SERVICE. And that is even before getting on the RV. Run away
We rented RVs from Bandana a few times and really like these trips. The team is friendly and helpful. When something unexpected happens, you should be careful to communicate with both the renting company and Bandana. In one occasion there was a conflict and Avi had to help communicate with the company to solve it.
