Really cool concept - cafe on a mountainside next to hiking trails with great food and hot drinks that you can eat on their patio or get the food takeaway and eat at their picnic tables or take on a hike. However, there is no table service and no option to make a reservation online. The line to get food took more than 30 minutes which was really disappointing especially because the ordering was all done through a computerized system. In my opinion, a great deal of the wait time could have been eliminated were they to provide the full menu at the restaurant so people could decide on their order before reaching the computer, enable people to order from the full menu (not just drinks) from their phones and fixing their online menu so that people could order in advance of arrival. The other issue was the parking. Cars were parked illegally on both sides of the road leading to the restaurant which made it very unpleasant and at times dangerous to get in and out both by car and by foot. With a few small organizational tweaks, this could be a 5-star experience!
