Good polite services. Very costly cars and cheated my son in the purchase he made because if his inexperience. Maintains after sale services and support. But still recommended for those inexperienced looking second hand cars

1. To book a car, average time is 40 min. They will put you on hold forever. 2. Completely inflexible. They want everything their way. (My way or highway approach) 3. Price wise they are 31% higher than rest of other rental companies in Israel. 4. They always have constraints, we dont have driver to drop off car, we dont have car what you are looking for, we have this car only and tomorrow it might not be there but price will be ours. In summary Jokers....

Unfortunately, this time they didn't help me. It was my failure with my documents. But they were very polite and they really wanted help me. They have managers which speak on russian.
