I ordered food for my family (5 people, you can estimate how much money I spent) at 9 o’clock. Tried to reach them and the phone wasn’t answered for a whole hour. At midnight a guy called to say the food isn’t coming. Not only did my family wait for 4 hours (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) they also ended up not getting it. I called the day after and all they could give me was 30% off for my next delivery. Which, of course, I won’t be using since I’m never ever ordering from this place again.
