Terrible experience! We went to 2 different appointments, spent over there more than 2 hours to design the kitchen. We agreed on the pricing. We went to the 3rd meeting to close the deal, they said they did a mistake in the pricing since the beginning and inreased the price 9K NIS. Terrible service, terrible manager. If you are selling an expensive kitchen you need to provide also good service, and to be honest. Don't steal no one's time!!! Now that I am seeing all those bad comments about Samgal, I am very happy I didn't close with them.

GOOD SERVICE
Horrible service. They will lead you on for 6 months and then avoid you. They installed the wrong cabinets and refuse to give me the correct items I purchased. Mid 2019 It has been 9 months now and I am still waiting for the mistake to be corrected. Until then my negative review stays. Early 2020

קבעו איתנו פגישה להיום (יום שישי) 9:00 בבוקר. הגענו למקום בזמן. המקום סגור ואין אף אחד. גם בכניסה למקום כתוב שהמקום חייב להיות פתוח. חיכינו מול הכניסה חצי שעה! אבל אף אחד לא הגיע. ממול יש מקום תחת אותו מותג נקרא ״סמגל עלית״ הם גם טוענים שהמקום אמור להיות פתוח, אבל הם לא קשורים באמת, לכן לא יודעים. מתקשרים לכל מספרי הטלפון של המקום שיש לנו וכם אלה שמופיעים באינטרנט ואין מענה. פשוט ביזיון!
