Avivi Kitchens is a well-known , quality business which is frequently selected by new home's developers. Working with Avivi is very convenient . A personal designer helps you to define all details of your future kitchen and provide you with detailed plans and general views from different points. The prices are slightly higher than in Ikea, but I hope that the quality will be better.

From the moment I stepped through the door, till 2 hours later when I left, it was rather clear that no one in particular cares. I was kept waiting for my appointment almost half an hour due to lack of attention from the receptionist. When I sat down with the designer, who received our kitchen plans quite some time ahead of time, it was evident that she did not go over them before our meeting. The outcome was me and my husband watching her for nearly 2 hours clicking and adjusting.... In complete silence. For the grand finale, due to some error (after all that clicking), the computer couldn't give a proper quote... So we left empty handed with what I'd imagine is an empty promise to check things with a manager and send a quote at a later time. The whole experience felt like a huge waste of time. Would not recommend.

ראשית הייעוץ היה מוטעה, ביקשתי מקרר קו אפס לארונות ונאמר לי שזה לא אפשרי כלל. לא יודעת למה אבל השתכנעתי. כמובן שזה לא נכון. לאחר סגירת המבטח לא היה עם מי לדבר ועשרות (עשרות!!!) פניות שלי לא נענו. התחננתי לשוחח עם המעצבת כל פעם הבטיחו שתחזור תוך 48 שעות לשיחתי.. ופשוט כשהתקשרה לא הייתי זמינה (התקשרה פעם אחת). בחיי שהשירות יותר גרוע מבנק!מהדואר!מרכבת ישראל! לאחר שהתעשקשתי העבירו אותי להמשך טיפול אצל הבחור הטכני שלהם.. חייבת להודות שהיה הרבה יותר זמין ונתן מענה לשאלות בזמן סביר ביותר. האיכות טובה אבל השירות בסניף השאיר טעם מר, והמקרר הבולט טעם מר עוד יותר!
אולם תצוגה מרשים ביותר. העמדות של מעצבים מופרדות ומאובזרות - היה נוח ונעים לתכנן מטבח. מבחר גדול של המוצרים באולם התצוגה. המעצב רפי - בחור מוכשר, מקצועי, תפס את הראש והכיוון שלנו, הציע רעיונות מעולים ועזר מאוד.
שירות מזעזע , אמרתי עוד לפני הפגישה שאני מגיע לטובת תכנון מטבח והצעת מחיר ללא כוונה לסגור כי יש לי עוד הצעות ואני מעוניין לבחון אותם , המעצב שישב איתי טען שאני מבזבז לו את הזמן ולמה הגעתי אם אני לא מתכוון לסגור איתם במקום, הפגישה נגמרה ביוזמתו אחרי 10 דקות ללא כל תכנון והצעה , שירות ברמה גרועה , הפסידו אותי כלקוח .
מאוד מרוצה מהשירות המאיר והמקצועי, סניף ראשלצ.. לא התייאשו מהשינויים והי מאוד קואפרטיביים. מחירים סבירים והוגנים לרמה הגבוהה
