I ordered a delivery. The food serving was nice, but the hamburgers were just awful. The meat was very very dry and oversalted. Fries were soggy. Onions were crispy and tasty. They need to change the cook, the rest is good :)

After checking the rating on Google Maps, we've decided to try this place and here is our thoughts about this restaurant: There's no table service at this place to begin with and we ended up paying slightly more than at Moses Restaurant at Rothschild Boulevards. which you can't even compare the seat and mood to begin with. The cashier wasn't paying attention to my order and was talking to me and while giving her my order she will turn her back to me and deal with other customers at the same time, so I have found myself talking to her back and her side it depends to which other customer she was talking with. VERY ANNOYING! Moreover, the place is geared more toward kids and families with babies and was too noisy and kids were walking on the benches (there are only benches at this place and no chairs), so a kid that wanted to sit at the end of a tables behind us will walk on the bench that we're sitting on and shake it while we were eating and the excitements of the kids and yelling plus the crying babies of the two lovely ladies on the side. Basically we felt like at the yard of some elementary school during a break time. About the food now. We've asked medium and I specifically explained the cashier that taking the order that we wanted it juicy, instead we've gotten a dry hamburgers and when we've asked for ketchup which we didn't have on the table, she directed me to a table on the back of the restaurant and asked me to take it from there. As I see it. The basic sauces must be provided on the tables even if they don't serve tables, but in Israeli service standards, they feel it's okay to over charge you just because they feel they deserve it and give you zero or no service at all. The quality of the meat was just okay I would say but not cooked to our request! If I’ve helped, thank you for the “LIKE”! My Ratings: Price Food 2.5*, Service 1*, Comfort 2.5*

Amazing fire grilled burgers! Well worth it. One of my favorite spots. Make sure to ask for BBQ sauce on your burger while it's on the grill!

Overall the place is good, I had the entrecote sandwich, not the burger, and the only problem was the crazy amount of salt, if they would have put a tenth of the amount, and maybe a bit more sauce it would be great. I would recommend going if you're in the area, but definitely ask for a tiny bit of salt and maybe extra sauce. Next time I go, I'll do that...
