To the point and professional. I arrived and straight to the mechanic, who asked what was the issues however, listed to everything and then dived under the hood; did a proper through check, showed me the results on screen and explained and answered my questions... and directly to the next client. No pampering/ no monkey business. No talk of costs to check or arguments in regards the warranty- which was almost borderline. Overall my experience was good and I feel I received a professional service.

When I was there, all drivers got the same verdict \the water need to be changed...\. We insisted on replacing the battery and only after we called the manager and were really upset, he agreed to change the battery.
