I came for the glasses, and stayed for the exceptional service. Honestly I would go to any other glasses shop, probably ever :)

I had a complicated contact lens prescription. While the staff were not able to resolve the issue, they were very patient and attentive and quickly refunded my money. I would recommend them, especially Ifa, who is exceptionally nice!
I bought contact lenses from this store. Their prices change A LOT (more than 50%) if you buy them online (cheaper) than in the physical store (expensive). I did not have the option to buy them online since I had to personally bring my health insurance card to the store. Instead, I order them over the phone and set up a pick-up date. I asked several times for the total price before ordering and it ended up being a completely different price from what I paid. His excuse was that he was not the one giving me the final price over the phone and prices, in all stores, are always cheaper online than in the physical store. They also made my order incomplete and missed one package. I had to end up buying them since it was the only optic open that will take my health insurance, close by, and I needed the contact lenses (due to COVID-19 restrictions) but will recommend looking at other options for the future. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and said he reviewed my order and there was a mistake, they charged me for the wrong item. He will refund me the difference. Prices online are different from prices at the store BUT only by a few shekels.
I broke my glasses. Went here and they made me some new ones ON THE SPOT. Took 20 minutes and I really like them, and the price was reasonable. Great place!
Amazingly friendly staff
Very good optician with good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Had my new glasses within 2 hours.
More than I could expect
Wow, amazing store. 1) They have an excellent variety of designers, including some hard-to-find in Israel such as Oliver Peoples, Alain Mikli and Preciosa. Therefore the prices range from very reasonable to high. This being Israel, I expected to pay around 2000 NIS, but I paid the same as for my designer glasses in Europe two years ago. 2) The service is top and very patient 3) I walked out 1.5 hours later with new, perfectly fitted glasses 110% recommended.
