At last !! Great service with a smile in Jerusalem! Needed a new iPhone X battery. Baruch was very kind from the first minute of the call, and very honestly explained that the battery health function might not work after replacement as apple don’t give third party service providers the software and he gave me the option to go to Apple main provider. Because he was so honest I wanted to give him my business and he gave me the phone back after one hour, and the battery health function was even working and showing 100% Battery Health.
